CCEDC’s location services have always stood at the intersection of workforce development and financing. Never has this been more true than during our 2022-2023 fiscal year, when helping businesses find and finance the right home in Chester County also meant attaining an enduring and thriving workforce — from entry-level to the c-suite — in high-priority industries including aviation, health care, technology, biopharma and manufacturing.
